We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will refund the original shipping charges.
